John Poitevent
Principal/Consultant
John has a passion to help people and organizations discover the fullness of their unique potential. For over 20 years he has worked in a variety of roles with non-profits and churches, ranging from helping the homeless to spiritual formation and global missions.
His creative vision helps push teams beyond their current limitations to discover new possibilities and experience breakthroughs.
In his free time John loves the great outdoors. You can find him biking, hiking, skiing, kayaking, fishing, golfing or playing tennis.

Leigh Liebmann
Creative Director
Leigh is a writer, artist, designer and creative visionary. She holds a high value on beauty while placing a higher priority on relationships. A desire to bridge the gap between the key elements of thoughtful design and the art of human connection is what sets her apart.
From large-scale events to intimate gatherings, Leigh’s experience has given her the ability to cast vision, run with ideas and make beauty come to life. A strategic thinker with a ‘can do’ spirit, her services include writing, environmental design, project/event management and art direction.

Andy Kutach

Every minute of our meetings are captured and digitally archived for future use. Working quietly in the back of the room, Andy inputs all relevant content from a meeting, curating a robust digital resource. Speaker slides, white board work, quotes, books, websites and anything mentioned that would be of value is preserved in a single document.
Andy is also a husband, father of three and foster parent. An avid road cyclist, Andy often rides 30-50 miles a day through the hills of east Texas.

Keith Young

Keith has an extraordinary ability to capture ideas, as they are spoken, artistically through images and words. In real time he creates a unique piece of art that visually captures a speaker’s message.
Keith's talents go far beyond his artwork. For 40 years he has worked with non-profits around the world.
Keith is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Asian-American History.
